Jimmy Webb's "Galveston" has always been misunderstood, largely due to the pop interpretations that made it a hit (but robbed it of Webb's original message). The Outer Park version brings the characters to life - vocalist Chelsea Austin is joined by guest Chinua Hawk - and resolves the ambiguous ending of the lyrical story.
